WildWoven is a reflective creative retreat designed to support self-exploration and reconnection through expressive arts, movement, nature, and guided practices.

This retreat is not group psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.

Participation in all activities is invitational and attendees are encouraged to move at their own pace throughout the day.
