On demand focus and support for men.

At Therapy in the City we offer the convenience of single session coaching, providing you with the help you need, when you need it the most... 

So whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, worried, lost or struggling with work or relationship issues, these single sessions can be booked as little as 24 hrs in advance and provide a great space for breakthroughs, clarity, action planning and focus. 

With the option of on the day booking, subject to availability, Human Potential Coaching as a single session can help you get 'unstuck' or even provide the support or soundboard you need to kickstart a project or process you want to do on your own but would benefit from a session of coaching to get it going. It's also a great personal development investment and can be used for:

Fee - £75 per 1 hr session

My adult ADHD diagnosis combined with my coaching training helped me radically change my life when I was feeling lost, hopeless and frustrated.  Not only did it set me on a liberating journey...  It changed the whole of my life and ADHD coaching can do the same for you!

I know just how hard it can be with ADHD and how life can spiral out of control for those with undiagnosed ADHD... when you can't focus or concentrate, forget things all the time, struggle to prioritise, feel like you're always upsetting other people and worrying about coping at work!  

I realised that living with ADHD is all about taking control of your mind and behaviour and finding out what works best for you. It’s your brain, so life has to be done your way.

Although there are many ADHD medication options and medicating is a personal choice, it's important to note that medication on it's own does not 'fix' ADHD.  It can help you to manage some of your symptoms but it can't change your lifestyle, habits and behaviours. Combining medication (if you chose to take it) with ADHD coaching can be extremely beneficial in helping you to build healthly habits that significantly improve productivity, relationships and focus.   

​Whether or not you have an ADHD diagnosis, my coaching can be a structuring force in your life... working collaboratively we will empower you to develop your own strength based strategies that will help forge stronger emotional regulation, meet goals, create practical solutions and improve your relationships both personally and professionally.  By stepping away from the stress, frustrations, worry and anxiety you can start looking forward to life optimistically with a greater sense of self acceptance, purpose and coping strategies.

Whatever your current situation may be with regards to ADHD, we can work together to explore your individual needs and goals in a time-frame that works for you either in person or online via zoom. ​ 

Our coaching journey begins with a free 30 minutes strategy call to discuss where you are in your life. I will explain my coaching approach, what to expect from the sessions, address any questions you may have and jointly we will decide if we feel happy to work with one another and proceed into coaching.  Please note no coaching takes place during this initial call.

Whether you decide to book individual sessions or commit to one of my coaching programs, our goal is to empower you to master your ADHD to create a happy, frustration free life.  ADHD coaching covers how to:
