4 Session Programme (4.5hrs) - designed specifically for those who are struggling with their psychological dependency and want to develop and strengthen their determination to find the confidence and self-belief to become a non-smoker. This programme not only draws on smoking cessation using Clinical Hypnotherapy but also my experience as a qualified and trained Smoking Cessation Advisor, who has worked with an independent health organisation in partnership with the NHS providing smoking cessation advice clinics to individuals and corporate organisations. This programme has worked for others and it can work for you, invest in your health and future. *This programme is delivered over 4 hourly sessions, with the exception of the first session that lasts 1.5 hours.

Single Session (1.5hrs) - this single, powerful and effective session lasting 1.5 hours is very popular and is designed to take into account your personal history as a smoker. Working with you to make the change a positive one in your life and those early days as a non-smoker easier. However, this single session is not suitable for all smokers and is best applied to those who are committed and confident that they are ready to give up smoking and become a non-smoker. For those struggling, the 4 session programme is recommended.
