At Therapy in the City connection is one of our most important values and in these strangest of times we want to assure all of our valued therapy community that we will remain united with you all as we continue to support each other through the uncertainty of this moment.
The health and safety of our clients remains our top priority and we will continue to adapt and respond to the advice of health and government experts as advised.
While we are not able to offer in person sessions from our Broughty Ferry Practice at this time, we will remain connected and continue to offer both counselling and hypnotherapy to all from the comfort of your own home via virtual therapy sessions.
Our online therapy is a safe space without judgement and your personal information and privacy remains a top priority where every session is treated in the strictest of confidence. We personally use a secure video-conferencing platform called Zoom for all online appointments so that you can be assured all our communication is completely protected to the highest of professional guidelines and standards.

FREE ANXIETY SUPPORT GROUP
Our Founder, Nicole, has joined forces with three other therapists from across Scotland who are all members of UK Women in Hypnosis & NLP to set up a mutual support Facebook Group 'Anxiety Chit Chat' for women.
This is a safe space where you can freely share your worries, get emotional support from others in your area and receive suggestions and coping mechanisms.
While this group is exclusively for women our therapy network has helped similar groups to spring up all over the country, so look out for one in your area.
If you type Anxiety Chit Chat into the Facebook search bar it will bring up all associated pages.
